Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These terms govern the use of TW Planner — a Chrome browser extension for coordinating attacks in the game Tribal Wars (Plemiona).

2. Definitions
- Service — the TW Planner extension along with its associated backend (API, online schedule, admin panel)
- User — a person using the Service
- Premium — the paid version of the Service, unlocked by purchasing a license or during a trial period
- World — a specific Tribal Wars game server (e.g., en120)
3. Registration and Account
- Login is done via Google or Discord account (OAuth 2.0).
- The User is responsible for the security of their Google/Discord account.
- One TW Planner account can be linked to multiple worlds.
4. License and Payments
- The Premium license is assigned to a specific world and user account.
- Available payment options: monthly subscription (auto-renewal) or one-time payment for 30 days.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing depends on the game server region:

Prices include tax. The region is detected automatically based on the game server domain.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Additional wings (wing import slots) can be purchased separately for an existing license.
5. Free Trial
- Each user can activate a free 7-day trial on 1 world.
- The trial includes full Premium access with 1 wing.
- Trial activation requires an active game page and a logged-in player.
- Abusing the trial system (multiple accounts, IP manipulation) is prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
6. Acceptable Use
The User agrees to:
- Use the Service in accordance with the Tribal Wars game rules
- Not use the Service in a way that violates the rights of third parties
- Not share their account with third parties
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the extension code
7. Liability
- TW Planner is a support tool — we do not guarantee the effectiveness of planned actions.
- We are not liable for any in-game consequences resulting from the use of the Service.
- The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure proper operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We are not liable for loss of data stored locally in the browser.
8. Refund Policy
As the Service is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once the service has been activated. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, contact us at twplanner.dev@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to twplanner.dev@gmail.com. We respond within 14 business days.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the extension or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. For matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services apply.
